Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped using UPS with tracking information provided to the client. Overnight shipping is available with prior arrangements and quotes per zip code will be given upon request.

Refund and Return Policies: Refunds and Returns cannot be given on custom made orders. Consignment orders cannot be returned or refunded but if made by Kerri's Kweens can be altered one time for free. If a consignment has been approved for a return it must be returned in the exact condition and it must be resold by Kerri's Kweens before a refund can be given. Orders can only be returned for alteration after first fitting and photos have been taken and provided to Kerri's Kweens along with instructions for alteration. Frequently Asked Questions:

How do we get started? If you have a design idea or photos of designs you have seen you may submit these. All designs are custom to you, no two designs will be the same. You can start by selecting color(s) that look best or flatter your child. You can even add a theme. Don't worry if you aren't creative, you can leave that to the discrection of Kerri's Kweens!

How long do custom orders take? Most custom dress orders take 4-6 weeks, but rush orders are available for a minimal fee.
